1. First, we need to open Tongcheng in our mobile phone, as shown in the figure below, and wait for the system to jump to the home page.

2. After the system jumps to the home page, as shown in the red label position in the figure below, click the customer service entrance in the page.

3. After entering the customer service page, there are order service and consulting service. If there is no order here, choose consulting service.

4. After entering the consulting service, as shown in the red label in the figure below, you can find the scene of the problem.

5. Next, enter the customer service dialog box, as shown in the figure below. Enter labor in the page dialog box and wait for the system to respond.

6. Next, the system will match the corresponding business customer service to serve you according to the type of problems you encounter. As shown below, the manual customer service has been connected, so you can describe the problems encountered.
