Guling is a summer resort, located in Huanxi Town, Jinan District, Fuzhou City. It is about 13 kilometers away from the center of Fuzhou, and the mountain is more than 800 meters high. The highest temperature in summer does not exceed 30℃, which attracts many westerners who can't stand the heat in Fuzhou.
Introduction of scenic spots
1935, there were more than 200 summer villas with different styles in Guling, as well as public buildings such as churches, hospitals, tennis courts, swimming pools and international public welfare clubs. It is another influential summer resort besides Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi, Moganshan Mountain in Zhejiang and Jigong Mountain in Henan.
Guling Scenic Area is an important part of Gushan Scenic Area. The Shuanggu Hengduan Mountain Range in the eastern suburb of Fuzhou covers an area of about 24 square kilometers, with an average elevation of 750-800 meters and the highest elevation of 998 meters, which is the first barrier in Fuzhou. Since modern times, it has been a famous summer resort in Fuzhou.
Liushanwang Park is located in Guling Scenic Area, Fuzhou. It was named after a Liushanwang with a height of 30m, a diameter of about10m and a diameter of 3.2m.. Cryptomeria, such as cedar, is also known as Sanchanliu or Liu Hong. There are many cedar forests in Guling, and dozens of trees have a history of hundreds of years. This path leads to the Cui Lan Pavilion. There is a connection with the Cuiting Terrace: the wind is scattered by idle songs, and the lights overlook the three mountains. It is said that in the past, the inland river winding from the west "wrote" the word "Fu" in this city like a cursive script.
