According to the Wenzhou Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, at 13:00 on February 26, 2015 (the eighth day of the first lunar month of the Yiwei Year), the first Yiwei Year was successfully held at the Lingshan Hall of Anfu Temple in Tiansheng Mountain, Zhejiang Province. The Three Refuges Dharma Conference, so the refuge ceremony at Anfu Temple is on February 26, 2015.
