Ten scenic spots that must be visited in Jiangsu.

Five must-see attractions in Jiangsu: Qinhuai River in Nanjing, Yuantouzhu in Wuxi, Suzhou Garden, Slender West Lake in Yangzhou, and the first water town in the south of Zhouzhuang River.

Qinhuai River in Nanjing 1

Qinhuai Scenic Belt is located in the south of Nanjing, starting from Qinhuai River Pavilion of Dongshuiguanqing Bridge in the east, crossing Wende Bridge and reaching Qinhuai River in Shuiguan in the west, including streets, residents, nearby historical sites and scenic spots. Since 1800, it has been one of the most prosperous places in Nanjing, known as the "Shili Pearl Curtain".

Qinhuai scenic belt, with Qinhuai River as the axis and Confucius Temple as the center, has the cultural, tourism, commercial and service functions of combining Ming and Qing styles with temples and city streetscapes. 1990 was selected as one of the top 40 tourist attractions in China.

2. Wuxi Yuantou Pig

When you come to Wuxi, you must visit Taihu Lake. Yuantouzhu is a peninsula located on the northwest coast of Taihu Lake. It is named after the huge stones that stand out from the lake and hold their heads high. Zhi Zhu has beautiful and natural scenery, which is the essence of Taihu Lake scenery, so it is called "the first scene of Taihu Lake". Guo Moruo, a great contemporary poet, once wrote the poem "The beauty of Taihu Lake is always at the source", which made the charm of the source pearl spread all over the world.

3. Suzhou gardens

Suzhou ancient city is located in the water network, and the streets are built by the river, with land and water in parallel; The building is built by water, with the front lane and the back river, forming a unique style of "small bridge and flowing water". Suzhou Garden, which integrates architecture, gardens, flowers and trees, sculpture, calligraphy and painting, is a wonderful flower of human civilization. Humble Administrator's Garden and Lingering Garden are listed as four famous gardens in China, and were listed on the World Heritage List by UNESCO together with Master Wang Garden and Huanxiu Mountain Villa in June 1997.

4. Yangzhou Slender West Lake

The reason why Yangzhou West Lake is called "thin" lies in the following aspects: First, the layout is tortuous, with a stone on the left and a bridge or a hall on the right, or one that always thinks that "the mountain is at the end", but in fact "the future is bright".

At first, the lobby of Slender West Lake was like a barrier, which covered all the scenery, turned into a "long beach spring willow" more than 20 feet wide on the water, with flowers, rain and willow smoke on its face, and then entered Xu Yuan, Tingtai Stone Bridge and Hongqiao. The scenery ahead is infinite. The ancients said that "Yangzhou wins with gardens", and the waterfront garden community is second to none in China.

Zhouzhuang is the first water town in Jiangnan.

Zhouzhuang has a quiet environment and simple buildings. Although it has experienced more than 900 years of vicissitudes, it still completely retains the architectural features of the original water town. More than 60% of the houses in the town are still built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and there are nearly 100 classical houses and more than 60 brick-carved gatehouses in the ancient town of only 0.4 square kilometers.

At the same time, Zhouzhuang also preserved 14 ancient bridges with their own characteristics, creating a wonderful landscape painting of "a small bridge with flowing water" isomorphically.
