Can institutions travel abroad?

Personnel of public institutions can travel abroad.

In institutions, you can go abroad, but cadres above the national civil service level belong to the national record-keeping personnel. If you need to apply for a private passport or leave the country for private reasons, you need to get approval from the public security organs and units. As long as it's not a cadre at or above the division level, it's all right.

Provisions on the leave of staff in public institutions:

1. Leave procedure: the staff of public institutions should apply for leave from their superiors in advance according to the regulations of the unit, and fill in the leave slip or leave form;

2. Examination and approval of leave: leave needs the approval of the direct leader, and the strict unit may need the consent of the superior leader or the personnel department;

3. Vacation period: According to the regulations of public institutions, the employee's vacation period is usually clearly defined, and the corresponding certification materials may be required after the prescribed period;

4. Vacation types: Institutions usually have different vacation types such as personal leave, sick leave and annual leave, and employees need to choose the appropriate vacation type according to the actual situation;

5. Leave records: leave records will be recorded in employee files, and long-term or frequent leave may affect the assessment and promotion of employees.

To sum up, the staff of public institutions can travel abroad, but they need to go through layers of review before they can get approval. At the same time, you can also take annual leave to travel and enjoy paid annual leave. In addition, career personnel can go to Hong Kong and Macao, and public officials can go out of the province, but they need to apply for approval in special periods.
