Scenic Spot Introduction: Hongxi is located in Zhongyong Township, Lingui District, Guilin City, 40 kilometers away from the urban area. Hongxi is named because most of the rocks in the stream are red purple sandstone. In the sunshine, the rocks of Hongxi Creek are extremely bright red, and the scenery of the stream is colorful. It is the "Colorful Creek" of Guilin and the first "Colorful Creek" in China. There are many waterfalls in Hongxi with beautiful shapes. Hongxi Silver Waterfall, 33 meters high, has mossy cliffs, overlapping rock layers, and a thousand-story silver waterfall. It is magnificent when the water is abundant: when the water is low, the silver waterfall looks like many beauties in white skirts fluttering down to earth, and the old man of Hongxi stands high above. The lion dance celebrates and the scenery is stunning, known as "Guilin's most beautiful waterfall". The ancient Hongxi vines that have survived for thousands of years have many varieties, large sizes, and different shapes, making them endlessly interesting.
