What aspects should we start from to improve the certification system of farmhouse ecotourism?

The fair and open way of passing the farmer's ecotourism certification is to "correct the name" and "get rid of the false and keep the true" for ecotourism.

(1) Evaluation system of farmhouse ecotourism. The eco-tourism evaluation index framework should at least include the following four aspects: the evaluation of the relationship between local residents and farmers' eco-tourism resources; Evaluation of the relationship between local residents and tourism; Evaluation of the relationship between tourism and farmhouse ecotourism resources; Evaluation of the effectiveness of planning and management. When selecting the evaluation, we should pay attention to whether it has the characteristics of relevance, practicality, operability and sensitivity.

(2) environmental impact assessment system and "three simultaneities" system. To develop new tourist areas and build new tourist attractions and tourist reception facilities in tourist areas, environmental impact assessment must be carried out, and the treatment and disposal facilities of wastewater, waste gas and waste residue and measures to prevent soil erosion, vegetation damage and landscape damage must be designed, constructed and put into use at the same time as the main project.

(3) deadline governance system. It is forbidden to build industrial facilities that pollute the environment and projects that are harmful to the environment in tourist areas; Construction of other facilities or projects, the discharge of pollutants shall not exceed the national or local emission standards; For the existing above-mentioned projects or facilities, if the pollutant discharge exceeds the national or local discharge standards, it shall be treated within a time limit; If it fails to meet the requirements within the time limit, it must be closed and relocated according to law; Those who carry out illegal construction shall be investigated for responsibility according to law.
