Wanquan county scenic spot

Jingxi first guard

Built in the 26th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1393), it is the best-preserved ancient city of Ming Dynasty in Hebei Province and a provincial key cultural relics protection unit. Many film and television works, such as Wildfire, Spring Breeze Fighting the Ancient City and Feng Yuxiang, were shot here.

Huabei mountain villa

Located at the foot of Ming Great Wall in Shanfangbao Township, Wanquan County, close to 207 national highway, it is the only way for Zhangjiakou City to reach Bashang counties. The scenic spot is surrounded by mountains from east to west, with cool climate, dense trees and flowers everywhere. It is an ecological sightseeing and leisure resort. North China Mountain Villa has also opened up swimming pools, lotus ponds, skating rinks, ski resorts, hunting grounds, rare birds and animals viewing halls and other tourist facilities, further increasing the tourist attraction.

Bailongdong

Located on Bailong Mountain at an altitude of 1744 meters, the cave is halfway up the mountain, and the spring water gurgles and flows into Yuanyang Lake, where you can fish and bathe. There is a natural barrier outside the cave, and Xianqiao can pass under the mountain on foot, which is the place where literati of past dynasties stopped.

Ximalin Yuhuangge

Ximalin Huang Yu Pavilion is located in Ximalin Town, Wanquan County. It is also called the sutra depository, because it contains half of the Buddhist scriptures. It was built in the 10th year of Xuande in Ming Dynasty (1435), the 3rd year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1575), the 8th year of Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty (1858) and 1982. It is a well-preserved high-rise brick-wood structure ancient building in Wanquan County.
