* You cannot be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.

* In the past 24 months, your stay in Singapore was less than 365 days on the shopping list.

* You are not a crew member who left Singapore by plane or ship.

* On the shopping list, you 16 years old or older.

* If you have a student ID card, the date on the shopping list must be 4 months before your student ID card expires.

Leave the country within two months after shopping.
