This is a fact. Many colleagues around me have a monthly salary of around 3,000 yuan, especially female colleagues who often travel abroad. I don't need them to tell me. I can clearly see their circle of friends, because these people especially like to take photos in the circle of friends, including travel photos and food photos. In short, some colleagues earn a high salary, about 20 thousand, but they lag far behind them in tourism.

I summed up two main reasons.

First, their family conditions are superior. They just kill time at work and earn some pocket money. Take my colleagues in my last company as an example. Most of them are girls, and most of them are locals in this city of Guangdong Province. I feel that they work not to make money, but to kill time. They usually earn about 3000 yuan a month, but almost all of them drive to work. Their cars are not cheap, basically hundreds of thousands of cars, but also a small number of 200,000 to 300,000 cars. They have at least one overseas trip and one overseas trip every year, and there are countless trips to surrounding cities every year. Basically, they either travel outside or look for food every weekend. I helped them calculate an account.

Most people here earn only enough for their own expenses, and there is absolutely no savings. I was confused. Later, I got the answer in a chat with a local driver uncle. It turns out that many local people in this place do not earn money by working, but by selling land and demolition. Many of them have their own houses, four or five floors, one floor, and the rest for rent. There are usually 2-3 cars at home. The driver's uncle also revealed that many of their families are three to five million, with tens of millions more, and some have dividends every year. Many people have a per capita income of 200,000 to 300,000 per year. This level of income from land sales is very common. Therefore, they get rich not by working or doing business, but by selling land. Therefore, if there is a little land here, their family environment will not be bad.

Second, they are generally young and have different consumption views. We, the post-70s and post-80s generation, are people who have suffered a lot. They know that life is not easy, they know how to be frugal and they know how to save money for a rainy day. Even if their careers are mixed, they are still too conservative in consumption. Usually, I buy dozens of things and shop around, but these post-90 s girls, especially those after 90 s, have no idea that they really have the money to grow up.

It is said that many post-90s employees in factories ask the company for advance payment just one week after joining the company, saying that the company will have no money to eat without advance payment, because the salary of the company has been spent before. This kind of behavior is unimaginable for us in the 1970s and 1980s. I try to force myself to save a certain amount of money every month. The income from the company's turnover was cut off, so I tried to buy breakfast and dinner every day for a month or two.
