2013 Staff Recruitment Announcement for Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort Management Committee, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province
According to the "Administrative Measures for the Employment of Personnel in Xiaogan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Airport Economic Zone, Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort and Urban Construction Investment Company (Interim)" (Xiaoren Social Culture [2013 ]13) document, Xiaogan Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort is recruiting 7 staff members for the whole city. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment positions and conditions
Please see Appendix 1 for employment positions and conditions.
Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:
1. Those who have been subject to party and government disciplinary sanctions have not expired;
2. They are under disciplinary review, or Suspected of committing a crime and the procedure has not yet been concluded;
3. Other situations stipulated by laws, regulations and policies.
2. Management methods and remuneration packages
1. Government guarantee. The wages, social insurance, work expenses and other expenses of newly hired personnel of the management committee are guaranteed by the government, and special expenses are reported to the municipal government at the beginning of each year.
2. Performance pay. After being hired, employees will enjoy the same wages and benefits as on-the-job cadres and employees of public institutions in the resort, and performance-based pay will be implemented.
3. Contract employment. In accordance with relevant regulations, the management committee signed a three-year fixed-term labor contract with the employee for the first time, with a probation period of two months. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the contract period can renew the labor contract for three years. After signing two consecutive fixed-term labor contracts, those who pass the assessment during the employment period can sign an unfixed-term labor contract. If the employee fails to pass the assessment at the expiration of the contract, the management committee will not renew the labor contract in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Social security. During the employment period, the Management Committee shall handle pension, medical, unemployment, maternity, work-related injury and other insurances for the employees in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and the Social Insurance Law.
3. Registration
(1) Registration time and method
From 9:00 on November 27, 2013 to 16:00 on December 5, 2013.
This recruitment examination will be conducted online.
(2) Registration requirements and methods
Registration, preliminary review and printing of admission tickets for this recruitment examination are all done through the official website of Xiaogan City Personnel Examination Institute (www.xgrsks.cn) The online registration system is conducted; the preliminary review is mainly to check whether the registration information filled in by the applicant matches the job requirements.
Applicants can log in to the Xiaogan Personnel Examination website from 9:00 am on November 27, 2013 to 16:00 pm on December 5, 2013, and click on the "Online Registration" column to register. When registering, applicants should carefully read the recruitment announcement and the letter of integrity and fill in the relevant information truthfully. If the candidate's registration qualifications do not meet the job requirements, or the information he or she fills in is incorrect or fraudulent, the candidate's qualifications for the interview exam will be canceled during the pre-interview qualification review, and the candidate will be responsible for the consequences.
Applicants can only choose one position to register for. They must use a second-generation ID card when registering and taking the exam, and upload a recent electronic photo of themselves without a hat (recent front-facing ID photo without a hat, jpg format, width 1-2 cm, Height 2-3 cm, size less than 20KB). Fill in the relevant information in the registration system as required and submit an application.
After the applicant fills in the basic information, the system will automatically generate a registration serial number. This serial number is an important basis and key information for the applicant to fill in the basic information, download and print the admission ticket, and check the scores. Please save it. .
(3) Check the preliminary review results and registration confirmation
Applicants should log in to the online registration on the Xiaogan Personnel Examination website from November 27 to December 5, 2013 System to query the results of the preliminary review of the application. Those who pass the preliminary review of the application cannot apply for other positions; those who fail the review of the application can apply for other qualified positions.
Applicants who meet the extra points conditions of "three supports and one support" need to fill in the policy preferential application form (download from this website) and submit it to the service unit, county (urban), city (prefecture) level After the social department has reviewed and confirmed the bonus points and stamped them, it will be submitted to the Examination Affairs Section of Xiaogan City Personnel Examination Institute before the written test. If it is not submitted within the time limit, the bonus points will be deemed to have been given up.
4. Examination
The written examination is conducted in a closed-book manner, focusing on basic quality testing and general ability testing. The interview focuses on job adaptability testing. Both the written test and the interview adopt a 100-point system, and the total score is calculated based on the proportion of the written test score accounting for 40% and the interview score accounting for 60%. Candidates for the "Three Supports and One Assistance" program will receive 5 points added to their written test scores after filling out the policy bonus point application form and receiving approval.

The written examination will be organized in accordance with the principle of consistent examination and application. If the ratio of the number of required professional needs to the number of applicants does not reach 1:3, the number of recruitment for the position will be appropriately reduced or cancelled.
2. Release and inquiry of written examination results:
The written examination results are released on the Xiaogan Personnel Examination website. Candidates can check on the Xiaogan Personnel Examination Institute website or the Xiaogan Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort website. .
(2) Interview
1. Draft interview candidates: Interview shortlisted candidates are generally determined based on the job ratio of 1:3 (if the number of interviewees is less than 1:3, the written test scores of the candidates for interview will be required) reach 60 points). The determination method is based on the written test scores from high to low, and those tied for the bottom will enter the interview at the same time. The list of interviewees will be announced on the Xiaogan Personnel Examination Network and the Xiaogan Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort website.
2. Qualification review. The qualification review will be conducted by a special team organized by Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort in Xiaogan City. Those who enter the interview qualification review must bring their valid ID cards, written examination admission tickets, graduation certificates, and the originals and copies of relevant certificates (certificates) required for the recruitment position, and go to the designated location within the specified time to go through the qualification review procedures (specific time and location Subject to the interview announcement).
If the proposed interview candidate fails to participate in the qualification review at the designated time and place or fails the qualification review, the interview qualification will be cancelled. The vacancies for interview candidates will be filled in descending order according to the written test score of the position.
3. Interview organization. The interviews are mainly professional tests and conducted in a structured interview format. The specific time and location of the interview will be notified later.
5. Inspection
An inspection will be organized in mid-January. According to the ratio of 1:2 in the job recruitment plan, the inspection objects will be determined from high scores to low scores. Check the files to understand and verify the applicant's situation, and determine the candidate for employment after research by the resort working committee and management committee.
6. Physical Examination
The organization will conduct a physical examination on the candidates for employment, and the candidates who pass the physical examination will be selected as the candidates for employment; if there is a situation where the physical examination fails, the candidates who are qualified will be replaced by the best candidates.
7. Publicity and employment procedures
The list of employed personnel will be publicized on the websites of Xiaogan Personnel Examination Institute and Xiaogan Shuangfeng Mountain Tourist Resort. The publicity period will be 7 days.
