There are the largest ancient buildings of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Yuyao at present in Simen Tourist Scenic Area, including two municipal-level key cultural relics protection units such as Zhuangyuan Building, four municipal-level cultural relics protection points such as Xie Ancestral Hall and Chengzhizhuang, and seven important cultural relics such as Dafangbo Mansion. Huangfengqiao Ancient Village is listed as a historical and cultural protection area by the municipal government.

Huang Feng Bridge Ancient Village Scenic Area, Huang Feng Bridge Village, located in the east of Simen Town, is a village named after the bridge. The small bridge in the village is full of people, birds and flowers, which is a landscape of Jiangnan water town. There are many bridges in the village, including Taiping Bridge, Wanshun Bridge, JOE Bridge, Wu Jia Bridge, Xiangyang Bridge, Rome Bridge, Lecheng Bridge, Yiyan Bridge, Shen Ming Bridge and Huang Feng Bridge. Huang Feng Bridge is the main bridge connecting East and West, with a length of 7 meters and a width of 2.5 meters. It is a three-hole approach bridge with three boards and two columns and five stone steps from east to west. The south column board is engraved with the seal script "Huang Feng Bridge", with soft handwriting and strong style. Legend has it that it was written by Yang Juren in the late Qing Dynasty. This bridge is a well-preserved stone bridge in the northwest of Yao. Huang Feng Bridge is surrounded by large-scale Ming and Qing buildings such as Yangjintai, Li Xiangfeng, Pioneer Dyeing House, Tongtai Qian Hao, Saddle Pier and Incense Burning Pier.
