Analysis on the Development Prospect and Difficulties of Smart Tourism in Tibet

Generally speaking, the prospects outweigh the difficulties. According to Forward-looking Industry Research Institute's "China Smart Tourism Industry Development Prospect Forecast and Investment Strategic Planning Analysis Report 20 16-202 1", smart tourism is based on the seamless connection of key technologies such as cloud computing, Internet, Internet of Things and mobile terminals, intelligently sending and receiving information, meeting the needs of modern tourists for information and personalized tourism, and promoting the efficient and orderly development, rational allocation and efficient utilization of all aspects of tourism.

As a tourist destination that is about to become a world tourist destination, how to deal with the construction of intelligent tourism with obvious informationization and intelligence in the development trend of the times, and what different influences will the behavior choices of local governments have on the development of intelligent tourism in Tibet? Based on the theory of behavior decision-making and the theory of government role, combined with the theory of product life and market life, this report analyzes the tendentious influence of government behavior on the construction of smart tourism in Tibet from four factors: government consciousness, government purpose, government role and government organization structure. By establishing a simple model from two dimensions of government behavior tendency and market participation, this paper analyzes the differential influence of government behavior on the development of smart tourism in Tibet under four circumstances, and draws the conclusion that different government behavior choices will have obvious differential influence on the development of smart tourism in Tibet regardless of the degree of market participation. Government behavior should adopt positive attitude and behavior to deal with the construction and development of smart tourism. The government can actively formulate guiding development policies, vigorously promote the improvement of infrastructure, strive to cultivate and introduce high-quality talents with special skills, build a smart tourism construction and operation guarantee system, promote smart tourism to take root in Tibet, and provide a solid impetus for Tibet's tourism upgrading, economic development mode transformation and leap-forward development.
