There is no such unit as Beijing Capital Tourism Group in Beijing.

There are two companies whose names are very close to what the landlord said. One is Capital Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (BTG for short), and its listed companies include BTG, Home Inns and Quanjude. The other is Capital Travel Co., Ltd. (a listed company with the stock name BTG).
