"Yindel" is Mongolian, and Chinese means "step". Yindel Town is located in the east of Zhalaite Banner Administrative District, and Chuoer River flows from northwest to southeast, with a total area of 17 square kilometers. Inder Town was founded in 1936. It was designed by the Tower Mast Research Institute of the Design Institute of the Ministry of Radio and Television, and built and installed by Qingdao Oriental Tower Group Company. It is the first four-column steel tube structure tower across the street in Inner Mongolia. The tower integrates radio and television signal transmission, microwave communication transmission and sightseeing. It is not only an important urban landscape in Yindel Town, but also a spiritual symbol of self-reliance and pioneering and innovation of Zalaite people. In July, 1998, when Liu Mingzu, former Party secretary of the autonomous region, visited Zhalaite Banner, he named the tower "Yindel Tower".

Embracing the future is an iconic sculpture in Inder Town, which was built in 2. The whole sculpture consists of two parts, the base and the main body, with a height of 17 meters. The base is a circular sloping lawn, which is divided into four pieces by 21 steps, and there are 4 lawn lights in the lawn. The main body of the sculpture is two red giant hands holding a rising sun.
