What are the best things to eat in Tongxiang?

After living in Tongxiang for six years, I think Tongxiang's most worth eating is "Tongxiang fried dumpling". Although the fried dumpling here is not famous, it tastes really good. Tongxiang fried dumpling looks a bit like jiaozi and can be eaten with sauce. I heard from my elders that this kind of pot stickers is also called "Hangzhou pot stickers", and the pot stickers are full of stuffing. I buy one or two pot stickers to eat before going to work every day.
