Of these ports that are allowed to open, 15 are border ports confirmed by the governments of China and Russia, located in 14 border cities and counties in the Heilongjiang River Basin, the northern boundary river, and the Ussuri River Basin, the eastern boundary river of our province. The remaining 10 are inland river, inland and aviation ports. , distributed in 6 cities and counties in the Songhua River and Nen River basins.
