With the continuous expansion of my country’s opening up to the outside world and the steady development of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation, Heilongjiang Province has currently been approved to open to the outside world 25 national first-class ports, including 15 water transport ports (Harbin, Jiamusi, Hua Sichuan, Suibin, Fujin, Tongjiang, Fuyuan, Raohe, Luobei, Jiayin, Xunke, Sunwu, Heihe, Huma, Mohe), 4 highway ports (Dongning, Suifenhe, Mishan, Hulin), 4 air ports (Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi), 2 railway ports (Suifenhe, Harbin Inland Port). Of these ports that are allowed to open, 15 are border ports confirmed by the governments of China and Russia, located in 14 border cities and counties in the Heilongjiang River Basin, the northern boundary river, and the Ussuri River Basin, the eastern boundary river of our province. The remaining 10 are inland river, inland and aviation ports. , distributed in 6 cities and counties in the Songhua River and Nen River basins.
