U.S. tourist visa does not require certification from a travel agency.

Materials required to apply for a U.S. tourist visa:

1. The applicant’s original valid private passport (confirm that the validity period is more than six months, and the last page of the passport must have my signature).

2. Original ID card of the applicant.

3. The original copy of the applicant’s household registration book (Family Page).

4. The applicant’s original marriage certificate or certificate issued by relevant institutions.

5. Original passbook or deposit certificate issued by the depository bank in the name of the applicant or his or her spouse, with a recommended deposit period of more than one year and an amount of more than RMB 100,000.

6. Original property certificates of the applicant (such as real estate, vehicles and relevant certification materials proving personal property).

7. Company guarantee letter:

A. Applicant’s company profile and original copy with official seal.

B. Applicant’s employment certificate and original company seal.

C. Applicants should provide the original monthly income certificate. If the salary slip needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company or the salary card, please print the slip and stamp it with the official seal of the bank.

8. Original family photos of the applicant.

9. The visa page of the country the applicant has visited and 3 to 5 original photos taken abroad (must include overseas landmark buildings).

10. The original or copy of the applicant’s company business license shall be stamped with the company’s official seal.

11. Two original 50mm*50mm bareheaded color photos with white background of the applicant (and signed in pencil on the back) are available at Kodak stores.

12. 2 original business cards of the applicant.

13. The original old passport used by the applicant.

14. The original application form for traveling to the United States filled out in detail by the applicant.

15. If the applicant is a child under the age of sixteen, he or she must provide a notarized certificate of relationship with his parents. If one party brings children, a notarized third-party power of attorney is required.

16. The applicant’s graduation certificate, certificate of commendation, etc.
