Article 4 Encourage and support the tourism market to give full play to the natural resources and historical and cultural advantages of this Municipality, and optimize the special tourism products such as Taihu Lake landscape, canal people, Wu Yun ancient town, hometown of tourists, Tao Dou customs, Jiangnan pastoral, film and television performing arts, etc.

Guide the integrated development of tourism and commerce, agriculture, industry, education, culture, sports, leisure and entertainment, and promote the coordinated development of sightseeing, leisure and holiday tourism. Fifth city, county-level city, District People's government should strengthen the organization and leadership of tourism work, the tourism market work into the global tourism key work and target management responsibility system; Guarantee financial input, increase diversified investment policy support, and improve tourism infrastructure and public services; Establish and improve a comprehensive coordination mechanism to solve major problems in the tourism market as a whole.

(nine) other acts in violation of laws and regulations. Article 10 Tourism operators who engage in tourism products and services through the Internet shall publicize the information published in the business license or the electronic link logo of the business license in a prominent position on the homepage of their website or the homepage engaged in business activities, and indicate the administrative licensing information related to the operation; When acting as an agent for other tourism operators' tourism products and services, they shall verify their business licenses and administrative licensing information related to business activities, and indicate the names of the actual providers.

E-commerce platform operators providing tourism trading services shall verify the business license and administrative license of tourism operators, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided and published by them. Article 11 Travel agencies shall be established according to law and engage in tourism activities such as soliciting, organizing and receiving according to their business scope.

Where a travel agency establishes a branch, it shall register its establishment in accordance with the law and handle the travel agency liability insurance in accordance with the regulations. Twelfth travel agencies to organize tourism activities, should sign a contract with tourists; When concluding an electronic contract, priority should be given to the electronic contract provided by the national tourism supervision service platform system.
