How to send a package to the post office

General procedures for mailing packages:

When mailing a package, it must be inspected by staff, sealed, and the name and address of the recipient and sender written on the cover of the package.

Fill in the package details in triplicate. Please fill in the name and address of the recipient and sender, the name of the contents, the value of the package and the insured amount in detail. The insured amount is up to 50,000 yuan per piece. The post office will charge an insurance fee of 1% of the insured amount.

Hand the package to the staff along with the package details sheet. The staff calculates the postage payable based on the delivery distance and weight of the package. After paying the postage and getting the receipt, the entire mailing procedure is completed.
