International Horticultural Producers Association (AIPH) is an international association established by professional members of various countries in order to maintain the prosperity and development of horticulture under the increasingly close international economic, social and cultural cooperation. Its headquarters is in The Hague, the Netherlands, and its working languages are English, French and German.

The top executive of the International Horticultural Producers Association (AIPH) is its chairman, and the current chairman is Mr. Otto Koch, a Danish. The Secretary-General presides over the daily affairs, and the current Secretary-General is Mr. Ben Rothwell of the Netherlands. Introduction to logo:

Introduction of mascot:

The mascot is Grey Magpie, the most inhabited bird in the Expo Park, and its name is "Yang Yang", which fully embodies its authenticity, naturalness and locality. Magpie is a traditional auspicious bird in China. The "Yang Yang" with wings spread symbolizes Shenyang's vitality and enthusiasm, and also symbolizes Shenyang's good wish to bring good luck to the whole world.
