It is suggested to rent an off-road vehicle, drive through Liuku and Pianma, and cross the Nujiang Grand Canyon. The most beautiful scenery is on the road. Nujiang Grand Canyon is located in the parallel flow of three rivers in the longitudinal valley of Hengduan Mountains in western Yunnan. The canyon is more than 300 kilometers long in Yunnan, with an average depth of 2000 meters. The deepest place is in the Bingzhongluo area of Gongshan, which is as high as 3,500 meters and is called the Oriental Grand Canyon. This is the second largest canyon in the world after the Colorado Grand Canyon, with a length of about 4,600 kilometers and a depth of 1.830 meters, located in the southwest of the United States. Gaoligong Mountain and Robbie Snow Mountain, which are more than 4000 meters above sea level, are sandwiched by the raging Nujiang River. There are dangerous beaches and steep mountains on both sides of the canyon. Famous landscapes include Shuangnawa Gorge, Lisha Dishiyue, Moon Mountain, Majiya, Shimenguan in Zhong Bing, First Bay of Nujiang River, Lawuya Waterfall, Zileng Daughter Peak and Jiangzhongsong. The tourism time of Nujiang Grand Canyon can be divided into two stages within one year. The first stage is from February 15 after the Spring Festival to May Day at the end of April. There is little rain and the temperature is neither high nor low during this period. The average temperature is around 23 or 24 degrees. Flowers are blooming everywhere, especially subtropical flowers, kapok, bauhinia, bougainvillea and so on. This river is green.

The other stage is before the Spring Festival after the National Day, when the river will return to its beautiful state from February to April.
