Tips

"Shanghai Reception Center" is A key transit point for your trip to Bipenggou. Here you need to pay attention to several issues.

First, the reception center can be said to be a dividing line for the Bipenggou scenery. In terms of scenery, the section from the reception center to the mountain gate is mainly for viewing red leaves. There are also two lakes worth seeing - Longwanghai and Namu Lake. But generally speaking, visitors in autumn come to see the red leaves. This section is mainly a red leaf viewing area. But starting from the reception center to the end of the tour - Argyang Lake, the scenery along this line changes even more. Compared with the previous paragraph, it has more enjoyable content.

Second, the altitude of the reception center is about 3,500, while the altitude of Panyang Lake should be above 3,800. Friends who suffer from altitude sickness should pay more attention to themselves.

Third, please note that the uphill route and downhill route of the battery sightseeing car are not the same road. It can be said to be a circular line, and the battery sightseeing car runs counterclockwise. The scenery on the left and right sides of the uphill route is much more beautiful; the downhill route is basically walking through the woods. Visitors beware. If you go up the mountain by car and walk down the mountain, but choose the downhill road with the battery car, you will miss some beautiful scenery, but you will suffer a big loss.

Accommodation

In Bipenggou, only two tourist reception centers, Shanghaizi and Namuhu, provide tents for 30 yuan/person. There are several tourist reception centers in Shanghaizi that provide tents to tourists. Simple housing, the price is 150 yuan to 300 yuan. Tourists can also set up their own tents in the ditch. Tents can be set up anywhere outdoors for free. If you set up a tent indoors, you need to pay a venue fee of 10 yuan (the price will increase during peak seasons). In addition, there are many places to stay in Li County and Gurgou.
