Brief introduction of Zhuo'er Mountain

Zhuo'er Mountain belongs to Danxia landform and consists of red sandstone and conglomerate. The Tibetan language is called Zongmumayuma, which means the beautiful and ruddy queen. The construction site of Zall Scenic Area is located in Babao Town, Qilian County, close to Babao River, and across the river from Amidongsuo (Niuxinshan), a sacred mountain in Tibetan areas. Standing on the top of the Zall Mountain, the view is extremely wide and there are no obstacles around. Opposite the mountain is Niuxin Mountain, which offers a panoramic view of the four seasons. The left and right sides are Ladongxia and Baiyanggou scenic spots, and the back is the rolling Qilian Mountains. At the foot of the mountain, the turbulent Babao River surrounds the county like a white Hada. The beauty everywhere is like a fairyland, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. Legend has it that Zhuo'er Mountain and Ami Dongsuo (Niu Xinshan) in Qilian Town are a couple with deep feelings, waiting silently on both sides of the Babao River, guarding Qilian Mountain and Sichuan. From June 2065438 to June 2006, the National Tourism Administration and the Ministry of Environmental Protection planned to designate Niuxinshan-Zall Scenic Area in Qilian County, Haibei Prefecture, Qinghai Province as a national eco-tourism demonstration area.
