This time, I feel very happy and honored to be awarded the honorary title of the hotel’s Quality Star in May. Here, first of all, I would like to thank the hotel for its love and trust in me, my leaders for their care and concern, and my colleagues for their strong support.

I am a lucky person to be one of the great employees. Here, I am very grateful to all my colleagues in my department and around me for their cooperation and assistance in my daily work, and to my leaders for their guidance and help. Today, my colleagues and I are still a small team in this big group, and we are still together. I feel very gratified by the harmonious atmosphere of mutual support and learning.

Although the honor is given to me personally, I feel that I am just one representative of many hotels that did not receive this honorary title with me. I saw the encouragement and help from Manager Wang Huijie and Assistant Zhu Ping, the support from the three foremen of the concierge team and my colleagues, and the thin pieces of paper smiling at me and extending a welcome to me.
