Your professional interest behavior: E enterprise type, combined behavior: EAS type.
2. Behavior type:
mark
100
80
60
40
20
Your behavior type is: I influence.
Type I people (influential people) can be described as enthusiastic, confident, optimistic, expressive, persuasive, pleasant, helpful, popular, sociable and trustworthy. In practical work, it shows that:
Good eloquence, strong persuasion, can inspire others;
Optimistic and cheerful, like publicity, pay more attention to status and title, but don't like bureaucracy;
Like lively, gregarious, popular with everyone, their occasions are always full of laughter and lively atmosphere;
Willing to be close to people, there is always a way to establish relationships with people, which has the charm of interpersonal communication. I hate the feeling of being alone and like being with friends. Sensitive to interpersonal relationships, able to notice the feelings of others;
They are willing to get in touch with new things, but the novelty is easy to lose quickly. They don't like repetition and can't stand the monotonous and boring work.
I-type people are suitable for careers: public relations, marketing planning, education and training, designers, advertising creative personnel, actors, media practitioners, program production, business representatives, customer service, tourism and so on. )
3. Occupation type positioning:
T: technology/function
Technical/functional personnel pursue the growth and continuous improvement of skills in technical/functional areas, as well as the opportunity to apply the technology/function. Their recognition of themselves comes from their professional level, and they like to face the challenges in their professional fields. They usually don't like to work in general management, because it means they have to give up their achievements in technical/functional fields.
M: Management type.
Management-oriented people pursue and devote themselves to position promotion, devote themselves to overall management, take charge of some parts independently, and integrate the efforts of others across departments. They want to be fully responsible and take the success of the company as their job. Specific technical/functional work is only regarded as the only way to higher and more comprehensive management.
I: autonomous/independent type
People in this position pursue autonomy and independence, and are unwilling to accept the constraints of others, nor are they willing to be bound by the inevitable procedures, working hours, dress styles and standards of any organization. No matter what kind of work, they all hope to complete the work in their own way, work habits, time schedule and their own standards.
S: safety/stability type
Safe/stable people pursue a sense of security and stability at work. They feel relaxed because they can predict a stable future. They care about financial security, such as pensions and retirement plans. A sense of stability includes honesty, loyalty, and completing the work assigned by the boss. Although sometimes they can reach a very high position, they don't care about the specific position and the specific work content.
C: creative/entrepreneurial
Creative/entrepreneurial people want to use their abilities to create their own companies or products (or services), and are willing to take risks and overcome obstacles. They want to prove to the world that they founded the company by their own efforts. They may work in other people's companies, but they are also studying and looking for new opportunities. Once the time is right, they will go out and start their own businesses.
D: service/dedication type
Service/Dedication People have been pursuing their recognized core values, such as helping others, improving people's safety and eliminating diseases through new products. They have been pursuing this opportunity, which means that even if they change companies, they will not accept changes or job promotions that do not allow them to realize this value.
O: challenging
Challenging people like to solve seemingly unsolvable problems, overcome tough opponents and overcome insurmountable obstacles. For them, the reason for joining a job or occupation is that work allows them to overcome all kinds of impossibilities. They need novelty, variety and difficulty. If things are very easy, they will soon become very boring.
way of life
Lifestyle People want to integrate all major aspects of life into a whole and like to balance the needs of individuals, families and occupations. Therefore, lifestyle people need a working environment that can provide' enough flexibility' to achieve this goal. Lifestyle people can even sacrifice some aspects of their careers, such as giving up their job promotion, in exchange for a balance between the three. Their definition of success is broader than that of professional success. Compared with the specific working environment and work content, lifestyle people pay more attention to how to live, where to live, how to deal with family affairs and how to improve themselves.
Through the above three tests, I can determine my career interest and direction, so considering comprehensively, my
Career direction: senior tourism planning talents, high-star hotel management talents;
Overall goal: to become a professional senior tourism product planner and high-star hotel (general manager).
(B) the results of social environment analysis
(including the analysis of political environment, economic environment, legal environment and professional environment)
First, according to my understanding of the employment direction of tourism management major, there are roughly the following directions:
Travel agency (tour guide, planning, sales, etc.). );
Hotel (sales director, assistant manager of lobby, etc.). );
Tourism Bureau (civil servant);
Planning and development of tourist attractions (researchers and designers);
Resort, exhibition (planning, sales, etc. );
Tourism consultant;
Tourism Accounting (Certified Public Accountant required)
According to my personality characteristics, I tend to work as a hotel manager, exhibition and resort designer.
Secondly, according to the analysis of China and even the world market, tourism, as an important pillar of the tertiary industry, involves all aspects of the national and world economy; The development of tourism in a region also reflects the development prospect of local economy. As an important driving force of economic development, tourism has been paid more and more attention. Tourism plays an increasingly important role in economy, politics and society.
3. As far as the relevant laws and regulations promulgated for the tertiary industry such as tourism in China at this stage are concerned, tourism is an industry supported by the state and also an industry to be developed; With the rapid development of China's tourism industry, there is an increasing demand for professional tourism talents, especially senior hotel and tourism management talents.
Based on the above analysis, I am full of confidence in the development of tourism and the future development prospects of my tourism management major.
(3) Organization analysis results:
(including industry, organizational system, organizational culture, leaders, organizational operation mechanism, development fields, etc.). )
Tourism and hotel management majors need high-quality professional management talents, as well as high interpersonal skills and good psychological quality; Tourism and hotel management, for practitioners, need professional service consciousness and pursuit of noble quality of life; Have a full understanding and guidance of the people in the organization, and have enough enthusiasm and confidence in their work; Must have good organization, coordination and decision-making courage, as well as strategic vision.
(4) self-analysis:
(family factors, their own conditions, personality, potential and other evaluation results. )
Family factors: my family wants me to do better in my favorite major and career path;
My own conditions: I find that I have a wide range of hobbies, like singing, musical instruments and communicating with people. I am a lively and cheerful person, with optimistic personality, strong sense of responsibility, like to explore and have a sense of innovation. I have my own independent ideas about many things, and I want to own my own company and build my own career. Being warm, generous and honest with others is my advantage, so my interpersonal relationship is good;
Potential: study professional knowledge seriously and have good cognitive ability; I have my own ideas about the development of the tourism industry, I have made in-depth thinking about the planning after graduation, and I have great confidence in my future development.
(5) Target positioning and target decomposition and combination:
(development strategy, development path)
According to statistics in 2002, the average room occupancy rate of national star-rated hotels is 60 15%, the operating income of national star-rated hotels is 9144.3 million yuan, and the labor productivity of all employees is 75,200 yuan/person.
At present, the present situation of hotel human resources is: the supply of human resources exceeds demand, and the supply of human resources exceeds demand.
In the next few years, there are three main types of talents in the hotel industry:
First, hotel enterprises need regular talents, such as senior managers, talents engaged in human resource management and development, marketing, property management and so on;
Second, the development of the hotel industry needs some new professionals, such as engaging in e-commerce, timeshare hotel network management, hotel capital operation, etc.
Third, the future social competition needs innovative, compound and cooperative talents. I think my qualifications and interests are more suitable for hotel managers in tourism management.
Based on these factors, my specific strategies and planning paths are as follows:
1. During my school days, I will seriously study the professional knowledge of my major, cultivate my extensive interests, actively read books and magazines related to my major, and ensure that I can read and record three professional books every month; Actively cultivate their own organizational and coordination skills in classes and associations, and exercise their interpersonal skills; Establish professional interest groups and discuss with students their views and thoughts on the development of related industries on a regular basis; Actively seek professional internship opportunities, cultivate their basic practical ability at the grassroots level of social enterprises, and strive to reach the actual working level of hotel department directors before graduation.
2. Actively look for a job after graduation, starting from the department (at the level of department head at graduation), from the foreman to the department head (within one year), and then to the department manager (from department head to department manager, 1.5 years to achieve the plan) and hotel manager (from department manager to hotel manager, the planning time is limited to 1.5 years). The second career plan will be realized in five years.
3. After achieving the above goals, after working for 7 years, I will choose to find a better development environment or start my own business (a tourism planning company or a company that trains and builds a professional management team of star-rated hotels). The hotel work in the first 5 years can be regarded as an investment in the later development.
4. The arrangement of the above career planning is a general direction and action goal (I personally tend to make an action plan that is close to concrete, leaving a certain space for the subsequent development), and the new situation in the later practice will be changed accordingly according to the needs of the facts.
(6) Criteria for success
Family life is harmonious; Successful career; Can provide effective and capable help to those in need; My personal existence is meaningful to the development of my motherland and people.
(vii) Gap
(that is, the gap between one's reality and the goal to be achieved)
1. Perseverance is not enough, and things often have no perseverance;
2. Organizational leadership and leadership art need to be improved;
3. Lack of physical fitness, so that you can't exercise regularly;
4. The pressure of employment is great, and the competition for high-quality talents will become more and more fierce;
5. I don't have enough service awareness, I can't position myself well, and I still live in the warm harbor of my parents;
6. The ability of management and organization and coordination needs to be further improved;
7. The level of foreign language is not ideal and needs to be further improved.
(eight) the method of narrowing the gap and the implementation plan and scheme.
For the above problems and gaps, I think the first task is to cultivate their own abilities in all aspects, avoid the problem of arrogance and cultivate their sense of service; Then, we should always be concerned about the situation and trends related to our major, and strive to cultivate our ability to solve problems when encountering things; Thirdly, we should learn from people from all walks of life with an open mind and learn their advantages to make up for our own shortcomings.
I know that once a person's character is formed, it is difficult to change. As far as I know, a person's character and ability are acquired through cultivation, so I will try my best to overcome my own problems and shortcomings, develop my own advantages and change my own shortcomings. I will constantly change myself in my daily life and study to meet the requirements of senior management talents in 2 1 century.
In order to narrow the gap and achieve the goal, I made the following action plan:
1, keep exercising for at least 30 hours every day, participate in basketball activities in the class, cultivate lasting hobbies, and indirectly cultivate your perseverance;
2. Keep practicing oral English for at least 65,438+0 hours every day, catch up on your English knowledge, understand the cultural history of different regions and countries, and reach the level of blurting out English;
Sophomore students passed Band 4 last semester, trying to get high marks. They passed the CET-2 and got a driver's license. Before the end of junior year, get all the relevant certificates needed during college;
4. strive to maintain excellent grades every year and strive for scholarships;
5. Pass Band 6 in junior year and strive for that high score;
6, often go to the library or online to learn about the relevant social, political, economic and industrial trends, keep pace with the actual needs at all times, and cultivate their thinking ability;
7, through various channels to understand the development of tourism-related industries, and timely analysis of things, put forward personal opinions and ideas with their own thinking;
8. Plan to practice in professional related units in sophomore year, learn from experienced people, and cultivate their social practice ability and professional operation ability;
9. Read more books on management and psychology to improve your management and organization and coordination skills;
10, cultivate your ability to think and deal with problems independently.
The above is my personal career planning, and the related knowledge is insufficient, so the scientific planning needs to be improved. I hope the teacher will criticize and correct me more. If the teacher's time permits, I hope the teacher can give me some opinions and suggestions on my career planning (my email address is :@qq.com). Students should follow the instructions and thank the teacher in advance.
