Yichun is a beautiful forestry city and an important timber production base in the country. It is known as the "Hometown of Korean Pines" and the "Forest City of the Motherland" because of its abundance of precious red pine trees.

In Jiayin County, Yichun City, the first dinosaur fossil in my country was excavated - the Heilongjiang Manchusaurus, known as the "first dragon in China", was newly discovered nearby. It contains a large number of hidden fossils of hadrosaurus, tyrannosaurus rex, coelurosaur and ankylosaurus. Therefore, Yichun is also known as the "Hometown of Dinosaurs".

The mountains and rivers here are beautiful, the trees are lush and the rocks are beautiful, and the scenery is picturesque all year round. In early spring, the ice and snow are melting and azaleas are in full bloom; in midsummer, thousands of mountains are lush and hundreds of rivers compete for beauty; in mid-autumn, the forests are dyed with colorful purples and reds; in late winter, the snow and jade are clear and snow-covered. Entering Tangwang River

Tangwang River National Park is the first national park approved by my country in October 2008, and it is also the only national park in my country currently. The scenic spot is located in Tangwang River District, 100 kilometers north of Yichun City. In the park, there are Xiaoxing'anling primitive forest, Tangwang River, granite stone forest, wind-damaged trees, rafting, etc.

Heilongjiang Tangwanghe National Park is located at the southern foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains. It covers the Tangwanghe Primeval Forest Area and the Tangwanghe Stone Forest Area. This area is the source of the Tangwang River, a first-level tributary of the Songhua River, with a vegetation coverage rate of over 99.8%. The scenic spot features rare granite stone forest landforms.

The unique granite stone forest in the area was formed during the Indosinian Movement 200 million years ago, and later formed the modern terrain pattern through the Yanshan Movement and Himalayan Movement. These structural relics are representative of the structural stone forest geological relics formed by the Indosinian granite stone forest. They have important scientific value for studying the tectonic denudation of the Indosinian granite bedrock, Quaternary periglacial processes, neotectonic movements and the evolution of the regional geological environment. It fills the gap in the development history of the Indosinian granite tectonic stone forest geological relics in my country. It is the only Indosinian granite stone forest geological relic with the most complete types, the most typical development and the richest shapes found in China. It has a high Scientific research and aesthetic value.
