Coconut City, the capital of Hainan Province, the largest special economic zone in China, is the political, economic, cultural and commercial center of Hainan Province. It is located at the northern end of Hainan Island and at the forefront of the economic development zone in South China. Hainan Province is a prefecture-level city and provincial capital, a national "Belt and Road" strategic fulcrum city, a core city of Hainan Free Trade Port, and an important node city of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration.
Haikou is located in the tropics, and it is a coastal city in the south with beautiful coastal scenery. Located at the northern edge of the low latitude tropical zone, it belongs to the tropical monsoon climate. It has a history of thousands of years since the opening of the Northern Song Dynasty. This wooden building complex was built in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in the 15th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1889) to commemorate five famous ministers who were demoted to Hainan in the Tang and Song Dynasties: Li Deyu, Li Gang, Zhao Ding, Li Guang and Hu Quan. The historical sites in Wugong Temple have their own unique features, and form a harmonious whole, which is the spectacular "Yinghai Humanities".

Hairui Cemetery: Located at No.39, Qiuhai Avenue, Haikou City, covering an area of 76 mu, it was approved by the State Council in November 1996, becoming the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection units, and also a patriotic education base in Hainan Province. Hairui Cemetery was built in the 17th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1589). The emperor sent Xu Ziwei to Hainan to supervise the construction to commemorate the integrity of the upright official Hairui. It has a history of more than 4 years.
