Water resources have tourism functions such as aesthetic function, recuperation function, tea tasting function, entertainment function and cultural connotation. Water resources refer to water sources that can be used or may be used. This water source should have sufficient quantity and suitable quality to meet the specific needs of a certain place for a period of time. According to the definition of water resources in Water Resources Science and Technology Terminology published by the National Committee for the Examination and Approval of Scientific and Technical Terminology, water resources refer to water with a certain quantity and available quality on the earth that can be supplemented and utilized from nature.
