Travel agencies should handle visa and other exit procedures for tourists. " It can be seen that, generally speaking, tourists' passports for going abroad are handled by individual citizens of our country to the public security organs, that is, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Administration of Exit and Entry of Citizens of China, they are handled at the domicile of citizens. China citizens apply for a passport to go abroad, and sign up for a tour group at a travel agency. The travel agency handles visa and other relevant exit procedures for tourists who take part in the tour group.
