MICE tourism came into being as the times require, and it is known as "the jewel in the crown of tourism". As the venue of the exhibition, while attracting a lot of investment and promoting economic development, the author pays attention to how its tourism industry will be affected during the exhibition, and whether the exhibition industry will develop harmoniously with the tourism industry. Taking Chengdu West Expo as an example, this paper discusses the influence of West Expo on Sichuan tourism.
