Yichang CBD Central Business District project is the largest project in Wuhan to support the construction of the Three Gorges reservoir area, and it is also a key project written into the Yichang Party Congress and government work report. It will have the functions of traditional CBD, including commerce, tourism, exhibition, office, residence, finance, business services and culture. , including high-end office buildings, star-rated hotels, high-end residential areas, commercial areas and so on. The new district will introduce new business models and new business categories, adopt a unified image, implement integrated, standardized and standardized management, supplemented by first-class software and hardware facilities and value-added services in the fields of logistics and information, and integrate into the first-class hardware environment and humanistic care with the characteristics of the times. Controlling Yichang, radiating western Hubei and eastern Chongqing, has become a window for the outside world to understand Yichang, and Yichang radiates the bridgehead of western Hubei and eastern Chongqing. It will become one of the largest business districts in western Hubei, eastern Chongqing and even central China, and the first block of the Three Gorges in China. The project is located in the political, economic and cultural center of Yichang City. Convenient transportation, rich information, fast communication, high-quality office facilities and good financial and business operation environment will greatly save the management and transaction costs of enterprises, effectively attract the headquarters and regional branches of international companies to settle down, and build the largest central business district in eastern Chongqing and western Hubei. The planning structure of Yichang Business Center is the most effective means to define the order of places, which determines whether the allocation of land resources, space resources and environmental resources is appropriate. According to the characteristics of the planned plots, two dynamic commercial axes, north-south and east-west, were planned on the two plots, forming a continuous dynamic commercial system. The two commercial spindles take the elevated overpass and the sunken central square as the central nodes of the area. Planning and design reflect the value of commercial street, and rationally plan residential layout. The southwest plot is divided into commercial area and high-grade residential area from south to north. In order to reflect the urban landmark of the plot, the eastern plot is divided into high-grade office buildings, commercial areas and star-rated hotel areas from south to north, and the roads adjacent to the north-south planning are residential buildings.

The project covers an area of 65,438+200,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 540,000 square meters, including commercial area of 65,438+800,000 square meters, residential area of 230,000 square meters, office building of 50,000 square meters, comprehensive building of 60,000 square meters, more than 2,700 parking spaces, plot ratio of 4.55 1, building density of 46.8%, and the length of Linxiling Road of 58 meters. In Hubei, it is the longest block outside Optics Valley World City and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street.

The first block of the Three Gorges in China covers a large area of commercial streets and residential areas.
