1. The ticket prices of each scenic spot in the "Catalog" as well as the separately charged items such as tourist venues and transportation in the scenic spot shall be subject to government guidance prices , Strictly implement price preferential policies for various special groups, and implement market-adjusted prices for scenic spot tickets and related services that are not included in the "Catalog".

2. The "Catalog" implements a dynamic adjustment mechanism before the end of November every year. The development and reform commissions of various cities and states will report the situation of scenic spots that need to be added to or removed from the catalog to our committee. If new scenic spots built using public resources plan to charge ticket fees, or scenic spots that have suspended ticket fees and plan to re-charge, they should be added to the " Catalog", and ticket prices are set in accordance with relevant procedures. Scenic spots with free admission and other scenic spots with homogeneity or effective competition will no longer be included in the catalog.

3. Effectively strengthen the list. For the supervision and management of government-controlled scenic spots, before the end of March each year, the municipal and state development and reform commissions should summarize and report to our committee the scope, ticket prices and related information of the city- and county-level government-controlled scenic spots in the previous year.

4. Accelerate the boosting of tourism consumption after the epidemic. In order to ensure that epidemic prevention and economic development are balanced, local development and reform departments should proactively contact scenic spots within their jurisdiction and issue annual passes, season passes, weekend passes, and establishment of tickets based on local conditions. Free days and other preferential measures will guide the resumption of tourism consumption in the province.

5. Implement relevant tax exemption policies and provide preferential treatment such as ticket exemptions and exemptions to active military personnel, disabled military personnel, "three dependents", and family members of active military personnel. It is advocated that the provincial government-controlled scenic spots offer ticket discounts and exemptions to medical personnel, people's policemen and their close relatives before the end of the year.
