What materials do you need to travel to Thailand?

To travel to Thailand, you need to provide the following materials to apply for a tourist visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in China:

1. Please submit a passport valid for more than 6 months, fill in a complete visa application form and passport size photos (2-inch white background or blue background).

2. Confirm the round-trip air ticket to the travel itinerary.

3. Proof of deposit of not less than RMB 10000.

4. Letter of guarantee (in English or Thai) issued by the applicant's unit or employer, stamped with the official seal of the unit and attached with the guarantor's business card; The letter of guarantee indicates the applicant's name, position, detailed contact information, and the purpose and duration of his stay in Thailand.

5. If parents accompany their children, please show relevant proof of relationship, such as household registration book, original and photocopy of children's birth certificate or marriage certificate.

6. Retirees are required to show the original and photocopy of retirement certificate, and attach the confirmed hotel order details (the applicant's name is required).

7. Freelancers should show the original residence certificate issued by the neighborhood office or neighborhood committee and its English translation, and attach the confirmed hotel order details (the applicant's name must be provided).

The Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration stipulates that:

Article 11? When China citizens leave or enter the country, they shall submit their passports or other travel documents and other exit and entry documents to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities, and shall go through the prescribed procedures before leaving or entering the country. ?

At qualified ports, the entry-exit frontier inspection organs shall provide special passages and other convenient measures for China citizens to enter and leave the country.

Article 12? Under any of the following circumstances, China citizens are not allowed to leave the country:

(1) Failing to hold a valid exit-entry certificate or refusing or evading border inspection;

(two) the punishment has not been completed or belongs to the defendant or criminal suspect in a criminal case;

(three) there are unresolved civil cases, and the people's court decides not to leave the country;

(4) Being subject to criminal punishment for obstructing the administration of the country (border) or being repatriated by other countries or regions for illegal exit, illegal residence or illegal employment, and not allowed to leave the country within the prescribed time limit;

(five) may endanger national security and interests, the relevant authorities in the State Council decided not to leave the country;

(6) Other circumstances under which exit from the country is prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
