"Later, I wanted to hold a national expert meeting and report it to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for approval. This takes a cycle. According to him, there are about 40% companies with relevant construction qualifications in China, which cannot fully meet the current demand for such projects in scenic spots.
