How to take the tourism qualification certificate test is as follows:
The exam is divided into two parts: a written test and an interview. The written examination is a closed-book examination and a unified national computer examination is implemented. The interview is an on-site examination, organized by the provincial examination unit according to the examination syllabus and the "National Tour Guide Qualification Examination On-site Examination Work Standards (Trial)".
Subject 1 and Subject 2 are combined into one test paper for testing, in which the proportion of marks for Subject 1 and Subject 2 is 50% each; Subject 3 and Subject 4 are combined into one test paper for testing. Exam question types include true-false questions, single-choice questions, and multiple-choice questions. Each test paper lasts 90 minutes and contains 165 questions, worth 100 points, including 40 true-false questions (0.5 points each, ***20 points) and 90 multiple-choice questions (0.5 points each, ** *45 points), 35 multiple-choice questions (1 point each, ***35 points).
For the subject five exam, each Chinese candidate will take no less than 15 minutes and prepare for no less than 12 tourist attractions; each foreign language candidate will take no less than 25 minutes and prepare for no less than 5 tourist attractions.
The test scores are based on a hundred-point system. The Chinese score ratio is: courtesy and etiquette account for 5%, language expression accounts for 20%, attraction explanation accounts for 45%, tour guide service standards account for 10%, and adaptability accounts for 10%. Comprehensive knowledge accounts for 10%; the foreign language score ratio is: politeness and etiquette account for 5%, language expression accounts for 25%, attraction explanation accounts for 30%, tour guide service standards account for 10%, adaptability accounts for 5%, comprehensive knowledge accounts for 5%, Interpretation accounts for 20%.
