How to make video transition special effects

1. On Tik Tok's homepage, click? ;

2. On the shooting page, click the photo album;

3. Select the video, and then click Next;

4. Then click Next;

5. On the music selection page, click on the special effects;

6. Select the transition, then select the required special effects, and click Save;

7. After returning, click Next;
