20 1 1 Shangri-La self-help tour guide
She is religious. People there are calm.
Is there a real Shangri-La in reality?
She is the most beautiful place in China: Daocheng and Aden in Sichuan, Zhongdian, Lijiang and Meili Snow Mountain in Yunnan, and Lugu Lake at the junction of the two provinces.
All parts of this area have both natural similarities and cultural similarities. In this area, there are many places called Shangri-La. Because of the similarity, Shangri-La is everywhere. It should be said that China has a large Shangri-La cultural circle, which covers the Sichuan-Yunnan-Tibet Triangle.
This area has magnificent natural wonders, rich and colorful national culture and long-standing religious beliefs. Let people linger and be infatuated with each other. I don't want to leave when I come. Come back when you leave!
The content of Shangri-La can be summarized as eight overlaps, that is, eight levels are superimposed together. Just one level is enough to make people very envious. But the Shangri-La area is superimposed, covering the whole area. How could she not be excellent? The backpacker said: Every kilometer here is wonderful. The geographer said: This is the heresy of China's mountains and rivers. Anthropologists say: this is a big corridor for ethnic migration.
These eight levels are:
1. Hengduan mountain area. This is a unique geographical unit in China. There are many mountains and canyons here, and six rivers run in parallel. Yunnan's application for "Three Parallel Rivers" World Heritage is actually more magnificent than "Six Parallel Rivers".
Second, the women's cultural area in the Oriental Daughter Country. The country of oriental women recorded in 755-79000 AD is here. This area is permeated with a female culture, which is a cultural resource that makes the world proud.
3. Tibetan Buddhism. Here, prayer flags fly, and the voices of Sanskrit and Buddhism cover the whole area. Fourth, the ancient salt road of tea horse. This is the distribution area of the ancient tea-horse road. Kangba Tibetans can't live without tea, and in fact they can't live without salt, so it should be the salt of the ancient tea-horse road. It is like a net, all over the Hengduan mountain area;
5. Kangba culture. This is the Kangba Cultural District, and Kangba is considered to be the richest and most unique Tibetan in history.
6. Xikang Province of the Republic of China. It used to be an area of Xikang province in the Republic of China, and there are many historical and political relics to be discovered.
Seven. Tibetan-Yi Grand Corridor. This is the great corridor of China's national evolution. Anthropologists call it "Tibetan-Yi Corridor", which is a big channel for ethnic migration, differentiation and evolution.
Eight. Tusi culture. It used to be managed by numerous Tusi, large and small, so it has a unique Tusi culture.
These are the details of the Great Shangri-La, overlapping and crisscrossing each other, weaving out the natural and cultural features. Each of the eight levels is global. With these eight coincidences, the Greater Shangri-La District is magnificent.

Matters needing attention
First of all, before we leave:
1. Physical preparation: Get enough sleep and rest before entering Tibet. You can drink rhodiola and other drinks appropriately if you have the conditions. Patients with severe hypertension, heart disease and poor health should not enter the plateau. If you have hypertension, heart disease, brain nourishing, coronary heart disease, etc. Or you are over 60 years old. For your safety, please don't hide your illness. You can choose other routes or please inform the travel agency in advance (Gaoshan disease is not covered by travel insurance, so you have to be prepared at your own risk). 2. Mental preparation: Stay optimistic. If there is psychological burden, it will aggravate altitude sickness and delay the adaptation of human body to altitude climate. Everyone who enters the plateau will have altitude sickness to varying degrees, such as headache, chest tightness, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, insomnia and so on. Generally speaking, after 1-2 days, the above symptoms will gradually reduce or disappear. The hotels arranged by our club are all at low altitude, so it is not easy to have mountain reaction. 3. The plateau has high altitude, strong sunshine and large temperature difference between morning and evening. Need to prepare long-sleeved underwear, sweaters and coats. At the same time, it is recommended to bring sunglasses, sun hat, sunscreen, lip balm, cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, diazepam, headache powder and other items. Because of the distance, you may not be able to eat on time. Please bring some dry food such as chocolate and beef jerky. 4. Friendly reminder: Enough film, camera battery, cash, GSM mobile phone, wet tissue and personal hygiene products.
2. On the road: 1. Moderate consumption of buttered tea, dairy products, rhodiola and other beverages can enhance the adaptability to the plateau climate. 2. When entering the plateau for the first time, take more rest, drink more water, eat more fruits and ban alcohol. Don't run, do strenuous exercise. 3, the diet should be moderate, not overeating, so as not to increase the burden on the stomach. Tibetan area is a special area, please get along well with the group members and respect the culture and belief habits of ethnic areas. 5. some places need to ride horses, so pay attention to safety. You must be led by a groom before riding. You can't ride alone or run on horseback. You must dismount and walk on dangerous roads and downhill roads. 6. The conditions of this route are relatively difficult and the journey is long, so it is often impossible to arrive at the dining point on time. At the same time, most of the areas it passes through are ethnic minority areas, with limited conditions, lack of materials and many unpleasant places to eat. So please bring your own meals and prepare enough dry food, mineral water and other foods to eat on the way.
