How to apply for a tourism qualification certificate?

The handling methods of tourism qualification license are as follows:

1, the applicant applies to the tourism administration department and submits the application materials to the corresponding window of the municipal government administrative service center. If the materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, they shall be accepted;

2, tourism management agencies to review the relevant information provided by the applicant, review their qualifications, and finally make a decision on administrative licensing;

3, the applicant in the corresponding window of the municipal government service center to receive approval to set up a travel agency and the travel agency business license or not to set up a travel agency approval;

4. The applicant shall, within 3 working days from the date of obtaining the travel agency business license, open a professional account for quality guarantee in a bank designated by the National Tourism Administration, deposit a quality guarantee of 200,000 yuan, with a deposit period of not less than 1 year, or provide a bank guarantee with a quota of not less than 200,000 yuan, with a bank guarantee period of not less than 1 year.

To apply for domestic tourism business and inbound tourism business, an application shall be submitted to the tourism administrative department of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where it is located or the municipal tourism administrative department with districts entrusted by it, and relevant supporting documents that meet the provisions of Article 6 of these Regulations shall be submitted. The tourism administrative department that accepts the application shall make a decision of approval or disapproval within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application.

Issued by the Policy and Regulation Department of the National Tourism Administration. The establishment of any kind of travel agency must apply to the relevant tourism administrative departments. When applying, the documents prepared in advance should be submitted to the tourism administrative department that accepts the application. After the application is approved, the tourism administrative department shall issue the Travel Agency Business License to the applicant who applies for approval, and the applicant shall obtain the business license from the administrative department for industry and commerce with the Travel Agency Business License. Those who have not obtained the Travel Agency Business License shall not engage in tourism business.
