Use the fastest ship you can get, equipped with men and swords. In battle, your ship must be with the wind. If the enemy ship has a speed faster than yours, you must use chain bombs to hit it. Slower than you, then use shotguns to kill the sailors and steal the ship.

If you pass the technical level, you can take down all the ships at once. If you don't pass the level, you can only rush to the edge of the map and then retreat, engage in a naval battle again, and then retreat again. Repeat the naval battle two or three times and you can get the enemy ships without any risk
