Universal coupons can be used by cooperative units that have successfully associated with the cloud platform in Shandong cultural tourism consumption season; Performing arts tickets can be used in the successful performance ticketing platform associated with the cloud platform of Shandong cultural tourism consumption season; Travel vouchers can be used in the designated cooperative units of UnionPay docking. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

For consumers who register to receive coupons on designated platforms such as Shandong Cultural Tourism Consumption Season Cloud Platform, each provincial-level coupon registered user will receive an upper limit of 500 yuan during the consumption season. It can be divided into multiple applications and returns.

The coupon is valid for 48 hours after successful application. During the validity period, consumers can use or return coupons normally. If it is overdue, it will be automatically invalidated and reissued by the system. Invalid coupons do not account for the total coupons. Consumer vouchers issued by enterprises are used to purchase products designated by enterprises. Provincial vouchers, city and county vouchers and enterprise vouchers do not overlap each other.

Vouchers can be used within the scope of tourism products and services, such as tourism, performing arts, books, newspapers, movies, digital culture, cultural and creative derivatives, cultural entertainment, traditional crafts, art training, cultural goods, cultural experience and so on.

When using coupons, the coupon amount shall not exceed the specified proportion of a single consumption transaction amount. Consumer vouchers subsidize the consumption of cultural performances by no more than 50%, the consumption subsidies of scenic spot tickets, cultural creative products, cultural tourism experiences and other cultural tourism products and services by no more than 20%, and the proportion of subsidies for using UnionPay China UnionPay Express to purchase scenic spot tickets at designated merchants by no more than 30%. Only 1 coupon can be used for a single consumption, and cultural tourism products and services cannot be consumed more than twice. Consumers may not purchase cultural tourism products in a cultural tourism enterprise for more than five times.
