Decision of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government on the abolition of some documents

In order to adapt to the reform In order to open and improve the socialist market economic system and my country's accession to the World Trade Organization, and to ensure the implementation of the Western Development Strategy, the Provincial People's Government's Legal Affairs Office, in conjunction with relevant provincial departments, has formulated current normative documents as of the end of 2001* **162 items and other documents*** 107 items underwent comprehensive cleaning. Based on the clean-up situation, the Provincial People's Government decided to abolish 36 normative documents and 47 other documents listed in the annex to this decision.
