You can freely choose the hiking route. The traditional hiking route is from Daizongfang-Hongmen-Zhongtianmen-Nantianmen-Yuhuangding. Route 6: Take a taxi from travelers who get off at the Taixi Expressway intersection. It costs 15 yuan to get to the train station, 20 yuan to Tianwai Village and Hongmen. The main attractions of the middle route are concentrated in three areas, including Tiandi Square near the mountain pass, Feng Yuxiang’s Tomb, Black Dragon Pond, Baizhang Cliff, Yin and Yang Realm, Changshou Bridge, etc.; Near the middle of the mountain are Madiyu, Xiangyou Bay, Shuntian Bridge, Tongtian Bridge, Zhongtian Gate, etc.; and above Zhongtian Gate are Zengfu Temple, Happy Sanli, Zhanyun Sword, Yunbu Bridge, Wusong Pavilion, Dui Songshan, Shiba Pan, Nantianmen, etc. But if you take transportation to climb mountains, these scenic spots can only be glimpsed through the car window, or viewed hazily from the air, making it difficult to leave a clear memory.
This road on the east line is now called Taishan East Road. Because emperors of all dynasties also used this road to climb mountains, it was also called the Mount Tai Royal Road. It is a historic summit road and has been the main climbing route for thousands of years. Along the way, there are tree-lined roads, winding stone steps, beautiful peaks and ridges, springs and streams, and the natural landscape is majestic and beautiful. There are many historical sites along the way, including a total of 8 ancient temples, 192 stone tablets and 366 cliff carvings, with a rich traditional cultural charm. Throughout the ages, emperors and generals, literati and dignitaries, as well as ordinary people and pilgrims who came to the mountain to worship, make wishes and fulfill their wishes, have mostly climbed to the top step by step along this road.
