Can a self-driving travel club be self-employed?

Yes. Most clubs are registered as private non-enterprise organizations. If they involve business operations, they can apply for an individual industrial and commercial business license. Materials required to apply for a business license for an individual industrial and commercial household:

1. "Application for Business Opening Registration of an Individual Industrial and Commercial Household" signed by the operator;

2. A copy of the operator's ID card ( Copies of the front and back sides);

3. Proof of use of business premises;

4. The business scope applied for registration must be reported before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council. For approved projects, relevant licenses or copies of approval documents should be submitted;

5. "Notice of Preliminary Approval of Names of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" (those without names or business scopes that do not involve pre-licensed projects) There is no need to submit the "Application Form for Preliminary Approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households");

6. If an agent is entrusted to handle the matter, the "Author Agent Certificate" signed by the operator and a copy of the entrusted agent's ID card should also be submitted pieces.
