3. Proof of use of business premises;

5. "Notice of Preliminary Approval of Names of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" (those without names or business scopes that do not involve pre-licensed projects) There is no need to submit the "Application Form for Preliminary Approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households");
