I haven’t done much research on mutton steamed buns, but once an authentic Muslim took me to eat at a very good restaurant. I usually don’t like to eat it, but I can’t find the place. The small restaurant in Huimin Street There are too many alleys and I am a road addict.

The most famous one in Xi'an is Mijia, but they seem to be closed until noon, so you have to eat early
