Mudanjiang Tour Guide Certificate Examination Registration

1. Certificate introduction:

The "Tour Guide Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China" is the basis for engaging in tour guide work. This certificate shall be approved by the Provincial Tourism Administration after being approved by the National Tourism Administration. It is issued by the bureau and is applicable nationwide! After obtaining the "Tour Guide Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China and the State", you must go to the Tourism Bureau to apply for a "Tour Guide Certificate" (IC card) before you can engage in tour guide work.

2. Exam time:

Written test time: November 15th

The on-site tour guide exam time will be arranged by each examination area according to the situation, but it cannot be later than 11 It will end on November 20th, and the provincial direct examination will be held on November 13th and 14th.

Evaluation and issuance of certificates

(1) The evaluation of the tour guide qualification examination shall be organized uniformly by the Provincial Tourism Bureau.

(2) The results of the tour guide qualification examination will be announced from January 4, 2009 to January 31, 2009. Candidates can check by calling 027-16868932 or logging in to the Hubei Tourism Network.

(3) Within 7 working days from the date of announcement of results, if candidates have any doubts about their scores, they can submit written inquiry requests to the Provincial Examination Office. Overdue requests will not be accepted.

(4) The production and issuance of the qualification certificate will be completed within 20 working days after receiving the qualification certificate from the National Tourism Administration.

3. Exam subjects and content

(1) "Comprehensive knowledge of tour guides" is a written test, which is divided into two parts: "tour guide professional knowledge" and "tour guide related knowledge". The examination time is 120 minutes.

②Basic knowledge of national tour guides

③Basic knowledge of Hubei tour guides

(National and Hubei guide bases are 4:6)

14:00-16:00 Tour guide related knowledge ① Policies and regulations

② Tourism professional ethics

③Current Affairs and Politics (2006.9-2007.8)

"Comprehensive knowledge of tour guides" only calculates the total score, and 120 points are considered qualified.

(2) "Tour guide service ability" is an oral test, that is, on-site tour guide, with 60 points to pass.

The main contents are:

① Tour guide’s explanation ability;

② Tour guide’s standardized service ability;

③ Tour guide’s handling and response to special problems ability. Foreign language candidates must take the test in the language of the language they are applying for, and additionally take oral interpretation (Chinese to foreign and foreign to Chinese). There are 10 attractions in the lottery, of which 5 are in the whole province: Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, Shennongjia, Wudang Mountain, Yellow Crane Tower, and Dabie Mountain. Five localities have chosen themselves and reported to the Provincial Tourism Bureau’s guidance office when registering.

IV. Application conditions (anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply)

(1) High school, technical secondary school or above;

(2) College degree Current students in colleges and universities;

(3) Fresh graduates from technical secondary schools and vocational high schools majoring in tourism can apply.
