Qingyan Ancient Town is located in Huaxi District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. Qingyan Ancient Town was built in the 11th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (AD 1378). It was built because of the stationing of troops in Ming Dynasty. It was named after the blue rock.
