The latest policy of other provinces entering Xinjiang

Recently, the headquarters of the epidemic prevention and control work of the autonomous region formulated and issued the Opinions on Further Optimizing the Current Epidemic Prevention and Control Work according to the relevant system norms of the joint prevention and control mechanism in the State Council. (released on June 65438+1October 2, 20221)

For those who enter Xinjiang from medium and high-risk areas in China, the Opinions make it clear that those who have lived in Xinjiang for nearly 14 days in the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the medium and high-risk areas are located in China (subject to the list of medium and high-risk areas published by the State Council government information platform in real time) need to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours, and should complete nucleic acid testing and risk investigation within 24 hours, and implement coding personnel. Other personnel shall be subject to family health monitoring 14 days, and those who do not have the conditions for family health monitoring shall be subject to centralized health monitoring (from the time they leave prefecture-level cities (leagues, prefectures) and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

For those who have lived in other counties (cities, districts and banners) of the prefecture-level city where the middle and high-risk area is located in recent 14 days, they need to hold a 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid detection, and pass the first station after the nucleic acid detection is normal.

Those who come (return) to Xinjiang from other low-risk areas outside Xinjiang are allowed to pass after their body temperature measurement and code detection are normal, and a nucleic acid test is conducted within 24 hours after arriving at their destination.

When there is no epidemic in Xinjiang, people from all parts of the country (prefectures and cities) pass normally. From now until March 15, people leaving the city at the land border port (subject to the announcement of the people's government of the autonomous region) must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
