Establish a team, determine the model, build products by the team, establish a mechanism, and then have a new team. Some people don't adapt to each other and then run in. Sometimes there will be pressure and confusion, even when people are physically and mentally exhausted, especially when people need comfort. Do you find that there are still several people who need your comfort? This is a very difficult journey. Although Vantone was founded before, it has been forgotten for more than 20 years. Just last week, Qingpu Tourism announced that it had received a round of financing of 200 million yuan. This round of financing was completed by Rong Hui Sunshine Capital, Tianqi Amoeba Capital and Huarui Shande of Sunshine Insurance Group. At the same time, Qingpu Tourism also announced its interest in domestic boutique resorts? Huajiantang? Realize equity integration and become the largest shareholder of Huajiantang.

Obviously, Wang Gongquan is ready to start a new business this time. Now Wang Gongquan is the chief strategy officer in Qingpu Tourism, and has become the brand spokesperson of the company, and is fully responsible for product strategy, cultural strategy and community strategy. Wang Gongquan said that Qingpu tourism is not a tourism product, but a holiday lifestyle service, which is a high-threshold entrepreneurial project.

He believes that China people now need a travel and holiday lifestyle that can make people return to the spirit, has China's cultural heritage and humanistic care, and leads the consumption upgrade. ? There is no benchmark sample for this cross-border, group travel and holiday product+cultural IP+O2O community integration product portfolio. So he didn't even do market research.

In Wang Gongquan's strategic planning for Qingpu, there are two main products to be exported in the future, one is a strong brand, and the other is a strong holiday lifestyle. Through the initial landing of several hotels, the content-based humanistic holiday products and services are infiltrated.

Tencent Entrepreneurship learned that the current tourism structure of Qingpu is divided into three parts, one is the scene business economic center, the other is the cultural and creative center, and the third is the community business center. These three blocks are supported by the venue operation center and the planning and construction center (through merger and acquisition, joining). Among them, the planning and construction center, mainly for hotels to do mergers and acquisitions and join, to create a destination pavilion under the Qingpu line; Wenchuang Center focuses on bringing together cultural instructors from all over the world and in all fields.

Li Xiaoyan, vice president of Qingpu Tourism, said that at present, on the asset side, Qingpu plans to build a 5- 10 offline exhibition hall (hotel); Secondly, in terms of cultural content, online high-quality cultural tutor resources, online and offline scenes are combined to upgrade humanistic holiday products; Finally, offline exhibition hall products, holiday cultural products and tutors should be scaled and quantified.
