Differences in tourism real estate

Tourism real estate is a real estate industry formed by combining tourism and real estate. Compared with traditional real estate development, this special real estate has its own characteristics:

First, this kind of project does not live much all the year round, because its industry depends on tourism, so holidays and tourist season are hot, usually dull, and property management in the later period becomes difficult;

Second, due to the different properties of traditional real estate, the services provided by such projects are also different, such as catering, cleaning, etc., which are different from ordinary residential areas;

Third, because the customers are mainly tourists on holiday, this kind of project does not pursue large area, but the supporting facilities become the focus of this kind of project, and the design of the external environment should be much more particular.
